We had a minor emergency when water started leaking from our bathroom into the dining area. When we found Lifetime online and called, Shawn was extremely helpful just from the start, which helped us stay calm enough to deal with our immediate problem. He was then able to make it out the next day to take a look at what was causing the problem, then the next day with his team to fix it. All throughout, he gave me some great information on what we might need in the future (we own an older home) without trying to upsell on services. They were done in pretty much half a day without any fuss, and the work was excellent.
We’ll definitely use Lifetime again for future plumbing projects.

I highly recommend Shawn for any of your plumbing needs. He was quick to respond and was able to come out and replace my water heater when it was convenient for me. He talked me through the whole process and cleaned up afterward.

Shawn came out to help me remove an old broken water softener system and reconnect the water line after the removal. He was able to give an estimate based on the description and photo with a fair price. Shawn came out the next day and got the work completed. He was great at contacting me and updating me on the work since I was not home at the time. He honored the original estimate even though the work turned out to be a little bit more complicated. Shawn even came back to wrap insulation around the new pipes at no additional charge! Excellent service, fair price and just felt confident in his knowledge and expertise. It is great to have a trustworthy master plumber and will definitely be calling Lifetime Plumbing for any future pluming needs. Highly recommend.

Aug 10, 2021 Bathroom Re-Piping
It has been a few years now that we had some major plumbing to our home. I wanted to wait to write this review to validate the integrity of their work.
I am happy to say we have had no problems since with the work that has been done.
The team worked with us financially. I appreciated this. It was an unexpected expense but worth the repairs.
May 30,2025 Whole Sewer Line Replacement
It is always stressful when your facing major Plumbing issues. Last week was one of those stressful times.
We had backup of washing water in our garage sink. Upon investing it. The problem was our sewer line.
Lifetime Plumbing (Shaun) and crew went step by step on repairing the issue.
We even had them replace the water heater and resealed the toilet.
The dirt was put back perfectly and sidewalks , patio wear cleaned from all the mud.
This turned to a pleasant experience because All my concerns were met. Trustworthiness is hard to fine these days.
I recommend this company with 5 plus stars.

So glad I read about Shawn on different reddit threads. By far the best plumber I’ve ever worked with. Extremely knowledgable, very friendly and he gives you very fair prices Surprising for a plumber! Especially the ones I’ve used in the past.. Definitely a Master of his trade. We made a great choice by calling Lifetime Plumbing when our water heater leaked and began flooding our home. Despite the fact that it was a holiday weekend, Shawn immediately pulled over while driving to face time and guide us in shutting off the water to prevent further damage. Mr Shawn Hampton was fast efficient trustworthy and stuck to his price and word. He kept good communication and was punctual and respecting of my time. I highly recommend him. Instead of telling you “we need to come take a look and get the estimate”, Shawn would ask you to provide pictures and give you the estimate quote without a huge difference between the actual issue. He is detail and patient to explain the services on the phone.
First – he’s on time.
Second -In person, he is also very nice and have smiling on the face all the time.
Third – When he arrives , he inspects , he would explain all the works and procedures again and make sure the client would not have any question and doubt before he perform the services.
Fourth – service provided is quick and quality

Shawn did an exceptional job rerouting our kitchen, half bath, and washer after our old cast iron cracked. Shawn is the owner, the guy we talked to on the phone, the guy who came out to give us an estimate, and the guy who did the work, which made things so much easier – no dispatcher to work through and multiple points of contact and things getting lost in translation. Shawn’s price was less than half what the big names like Abacus were asking for. Moreover, he is honest and a good guy that wanted to do right by us. Also, he and his assistant stayed until 8:30pm working in the dark to get our job done. This is our plumber!
